I appreciate her taking the time to educate me on the buying process and, once I picked a property of interest, she instantly connected with the seller and scheduled time for me to view the home. My wife and I recently (March '24 to April '24) used Karen for purchasing our house. We found her an unconventional way - went looking at other homes and she was the listing agent of one of them. With myself having a sales background, I knew that we needed someone that would know when to push and when to pull back, especially during negotiations (I refer to this type of person as a shark). She did just that with us during the showing (tried getting our information but I pushed back saying I didn't want to provide it which she quickly pivoted and turned on a more caring side, then circled back to the information - veteran move!). Our buying journey, without knowing, would require all of those skills and helped us land our "forever" home. Karen was very responsive to us and pushed for things we knew needed to be done with the sellers. Rest assured, if you choose her for either buying or selling a home, you are in great hands!
