Karen is, without a doubt, the best realtor we have ever worked with. She takes the time to get to know her clients and then makes a detailed schedule to show exactly what you're looking for in your next home. Beyond that, her negotiating skills are outstanding and once your deal is done, she goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the information you need regarding your new home, the neighborhood and utilities to make your move that much easier. We feel very fortunate to have had Karen as our realtor and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Charlotte area.

Looking for a home in an unfamiliar city can be very challenging, especially when the housing market like Charlottes was on the rise. Fortunately my wife and I had run into a couple who had a good experience purchasing a house using Karen Cynowa as thier agent. During our first meeting with Karen I immediately felt that she was a go-getter. We discussed our needs and wants and got to it. I remember spending some long Saturdays with Karen looking at homes. I'll never forget her surprise picnic lunches (that she made) to get us through the day. This agent is a very hard worker and I feel that she represented us very well. After our purchase and when we got settled Karen would invite my wife to some lunch gatherings around the city to help my wife transition into this new environment. Karen focuses on dotting her "I"s and crossing her "T"s. Even when we used our VA Home loan benefits we still closed the deal in less than 30days. Very impressive! If we move again we will call Karen Cynowa
